Subscription & Recurring Payment Terms

1. Your authorization

By selecting Signature and accepting the recurring terms at payment, you expressly authorize REFORMA FIT LLC and its payment processor to store the payment credential you provide, charge $799 USD today, and charge $199 USD per month beginning on day 121 until you cancel.

By selecting Flexible and accepting the recurring terms at payment, you expressly authorize REFORMA FIT LLC and its payment processor to store the payment credential you provide and charge $299 USD today and monthly thereafter until you cancel.

2. Renewal and service period

Signature’s initial payment purchases the first 120 days of service. Its first $199 monthly renewal occurs on day 121; successful renewals purchase each following monthly service period. Flexible’s first payment purchases the first monthly period and normally renews on the same calendar day each month, or the last available day for shorter months.

Each membership automatically renews according to its schedule unless cancellation is received before the next billing date. Neither has a predetermined end date.

3. Notice and receipts

Checkout shows the amount and frequency immediately before payment. We email a receipt after each charge. Charges should appear using the recognizable descriptor REFORMA FIT or a substantially similar processor-approved descriptor.

4. How to cancel

Cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing support@reforma.fit. For email requests, include the purchaser name and purchase email. We acknowledge requests within two business days and send written confirmation. To avoid the next charge, submit the request before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops all future renewals. For Signature, cancellation before day 121 prevents the first $199 monthly renewal.

5. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current monthly period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A verified charge made after a timely confirmed cancellation will be refunded in full.

6. Failed charges and authentication

If a renewal fails, we may retry it and ask you to update or authenticate the payment method. Access may be paused or ended while payment is overdue. We do not add a late fee unless separately disclosed and permitted by law.

7. Price changes

We will give advance notice before changing the recurring price. A price change applies only to a future renewal after the notice period required by law. If you do not agree, you may cancel before that renewal.

8. Revoking authorization

You may revoke authorization for future recurring charges by cancelling the membership. Revocation does not reverse a charge already processed or waive an amount owed for a service period already delivered.
